  4. Booking and Appointments
    Customers can book services through our platform, app, or customer support.
    Booking times are subject to professional availability.
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in such cases and offer an alternative date and time.
  5. Pricing and Payment
    Prices are subject to change based on the type of service, location, and other factors.
    Full payment is required upon service completion through the available payment methods (cash, credit card, digital wallet, etc.).
    Any additional costs incurred (materials, transportation, etc.) will be communicated before the service starts.
  6. Cancellations and Refunds
    Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel a service before the scheduled time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel a service, you are entitled to a full refund or reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
    Refund Policy: Refunds will only be processed for services not rendered. Refunds will not be applicable for dissatisfaction with services already completed, unless negligence or improper service was established.
  7. Refund Process In case of a failed transaction:
    Most failed transactions are automatically reversed by the payment gateway. In such cases, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank, card, wallet) within 5-7 business days.
  8. Customer Responsibilities
    Ensure access to the property and inform the service provider of any relevant instructions or hazards.
    Secure any valuables or personal items during the service.
    Comply with health and safety instructions provided by the service provider.
  9. Service Provider Responsibilities
    Service providers are expected to perform services to the best of their abilities and in a professional manner.
    They must respect the customer’s property and follow the rules of the household.
  10. Liability
    We are not liable for any damages caused to your property unless it is proven that the damage was due to the direct negligence or misconduct of the service provider.
    In no event shall we be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services provided.
  11. Service Warranties
    We do not provide warranties or guarantees regarding the services provided by the independent service providers. However, we strive to resolve complaints within 10 days if reported immediately after the service is rendered.
